Fees

The legal fees for giving notice and for the consideration of divorce or dissolution documents granted outside of England and Wales are set by the General Register Office, and these fees are separate to the ceremony costs.

The table below outlines the different types of costs and the current rates. At the time of booking, you’ll need to pay a non-refundable deposit and your balance is due three months before your ceremony date.
